Manesa’s tool and die shop started in 1988 based on a German apprenticeship program. We have a 1,000m2 tool shop with all equipment needed to make complex progressive dies for your stamped parts. Our die designer use Autoform simulation software to detect and correct issues in an early development stage, such as wrinkles and fractures. We also have a network of approved die suppliers that work under our strict supervision and according to the guidelines of Manesa’s own tool and die manufacturing manual.
